Radio ist ihr nicht fremd – Mary wuchs in der Nähe von WRFL auf und war zwei Jahre lang Musikdirektorin und davor Bibliothekarin. Zuletzt moderierte Victor eine wöchentliche spanische Nachrichtensendung, La Radio, als Teil von Asheville Free Media, und berichtete über Nachrichten und Sport für die hispanische Gemeindezeitung La Noticia. Victor ist auch ein erfahrener Anwalt und Organisator der Gemeinschaft. Er entwickelte Inhalte für das Carolina Western Women's Business Center, leitete die Aufklärung und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit beim West North Carolina AIDS-Programm, erstellte Computerunterrichtsmaterialien für junge Mütter bei der Latino Advocacy Coalition und fungierte als Multimedia-Direktor für das Teatro Latino de Asheville. Er war Executive Director von AVOL (AIDS Volunteers, Inc.) und hat mit einer Vielzahl anderer lokaler gemeinnütziger Organisationen zusammengearbeitet, darunter JustFundKY, LexArts und Beaux-Arts Ball. Er war Kommunikationsdirektor des UK College of Design. Er war früher Creative Director und zuletzt Business Manager für Group CJ-Werbung. Er war auch Einkäufer und Bestandsverwalter für die J. Peterman-Katalog, berühmt geworden durch Seinfeld. Mark ist Absolvent des Theaterprogramms der University of Kentucky und Absolvent des Governor's Scholar Program.
