Mai kauri & Shahararre

Mai kauri & Shahararre is a show that talks about, celebrates, and offers support for all the joys and challenges associated with women’s health and lifestyle. Especially women of color who are in their 40’s and older.

We will discuss everything from dating to trying to snatching back that waist after having children. And the daily stress of life all while living on a budget.

As we get older our metabolism slows down and many of us begin to get “thick” around the waist, and it becomes harder to lose weight. However, that doesn’t negate how fabulous you are!

We will laugh, cry, vent, and get informed about all the things that affect our health and most importantly, support each other as we become Thick & Fabulous
