Celeste Presley

Celeste is originally from Georgetown, Kentucky. She graduated from Campbellsville University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in English, and joined Community Action in 2019. She has held several roles at the agency, and currently manages grant funding and special projects for early childhood education programs that serve over 1,600 children in 15 counties.

Celeste is passionate about education, mental health, and working with vulnerable and underserved communities. She is involved with various nonprofit organizations, including the Kentucky Head Start Association, the National Community Action Partnership Young Professionals Advisory Committee, and the Lexington Young Professionals Association. She also volunteers with the Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning.

In her free time, Celeste enjoys storytelling with Horse’s Mouth, live music, and Lexington’s local dining scene. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at the Northern Kentucky University Haile College of Business.

Celeste is excited to join the pursuits of RADIOLEX to amplify local voices and promote equity, inclusion, and diversity through community engagement and collaboration.
